How it runs.
[Step 01]
Measure
Freeze the prompt set and run the baseline before we touch anything. You get the number, the verbatim answers, and the list of sources beating you. No recommendations yet, just what is true today.
[Step 02]
Resolve
Fix what stops an engine resolving you: naming, schema, crawler access, and the category language on your site. Delivered as an implementation package your developers can apply, or we apply it with repo access.
[Step 03]
Corroborate
Build the third-party record and pursue placement on the pages engines read. Manual, unglamorous, and the reason this is a retainer rather than a product.
[Step 04]
Prove
Weekly re-measurement against the frozen set. Monthly report with the delta and the answers behind it. If the number is not moving we change the plan, not the report.
// 04 / BEST.FOR
Who this is for.
- Brands whose buyers ask an AI engine before they search Google
- Companies invisible in AI answers despite ranking fine on Google
- Businesses whose name or category collides with a better established entity

Common questions.
Is GEO really different from SEO?[+]
Related but distinct. SEO optimizes for Google's ranking algorithm; GEO optimizes for how AI answer engines read, cite, and summarize content. AI engines favor structured answers, authoritative sources, and clear topical authority. We build for both, but GEO is the surface most brands are invisible on right now.
What exactly do you measure, and can I check it?[+]
Every week we put a fixed set of buyer questions to each engine and archive the full response. You get the verbatim answers, not a dashboard score. Any number in your report traces back to a dated, stored answer, and we can re-run the scoring against those archives in front of you. We measure the API surfaces, which are close to but not identical to the consumer apps, so each month we also capture answers by hand from ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews and label them as such.
Why isn't content production in this package?[+]
Because volume is not what moves AI visibility, and charging you for it under this label would be dishonest. Engines cite sources that resolve cleanly, are corroborated elsewhere, and publish something unavailable anywhere else. More posts move none of those on their own. If you want an AI-assisted content pipeline, nurture sequences, or lead scoring, those are real services and they live in Distribution Engine and MarTech & Automation, described accurately.
What does the 90-day guarantee actually measure?[+]
Two numbers, both computed from a prompt set frozen at kickoff and from stored answers you can audit. Entity resolution is the share of direct questions about your company where an engine cites your own site. Answer Presence Rate is the share of category questions where you are named without being named in the question. We commit to entity resolution reaching 75% within 90 days. Presence rate targets are set per client after the baseline, because a company starting from zero with a name collision moves on a different timeline than one already cited. Miss the committed number and the next month is free.
Am I locked into a contract?[+]
No. AI Distribution is month-to-month. It's often the easiest place to start with us, and it expands naturally into a full Distribution Engine when you're ready to run every channel as one.
